In climbing, the "approach" is the route or walk in to the base of your desired climb. Over the course of 8 bi-weekly sessions, we will work on clarifying your goals and identifying the steps to take. We'll analyze the route, identify potential hazards, and put measures in place to support you on your way.
An "anchor" is a point of attachment for a climbing rope. The purpose of an anchor is to allow you to climb safely and confidently toward your objective, even if it is technically challenging. Over the course of 16 bi-weekly sessions, we will set anchors that will keep you safe and keep your eyes on the summit.
To "ascend" is to climb. Over the course of 24 bi-weekly sessions, we will determine the approach, set anchors, and climb your mountain. Making change means committing to the process, making adjustments, and engaging with your team to safely navigate the route. There will be moments of uncertainty and fear, but through coaching you will develop the mental, emotional, and physical toughness to get to the summit - a reward that no one can take away from you.
In this free 90-minute session, the focus is YOU.
To understand where you are, where you want to go, and how to get you there.
